Payment

Receive your door code
You will receive the hotel door code and room number on your day of arrival by 3 PM at the latest. This allows you to check in easily at your own pace without queuing at a reception desk.
Check-in
Welcome to check in starting from 3 PM. Although access works via a door code, we are available by phone 24/7. If necessary, staff can arrive on-site quickly.
